The Gmail Integration page allows users to securely connect their Gmail account with Blazly Lead Engine using Google OAuth. Once connected, Blazly can send follow-up emails to leads directly from the user's Gmail account without requiring manual email configuration.
Connect Gmail
Users can connect their Gmail account by clicking the Connect Gmail button.
The connection is established using Google OAuth, ensuring a secure authentication process without storing the user's Gmail password.
Google OAuth Authentication
Blazly requests permission to access the Gmail account through Google OAuth.
The application only requests the permissions required to:
- Send emails on the user's behalf.
- Manage follow-up emails within Blazly Lead Engine.
No additional Gmail data is accessed beyond the permissions granted by the user.
Connection Status
After successful authentication, the Gmail Integration page displays the current connection status.
It includes:
- Connection status (Connected).
- Connected Gmail account confirmation.
- Date and time the Gmail account was connected.
This allows users to verify that their Gmail account is successfully linked.
Refresh Connection
Users can click Refresh to update the Gmail connection status.
This verifies that the connected Gmail account is active and synchronizes the latest connection information.
Disconnect Gmail
Users can disconnect their Gmail account at any time by clicking Disconnect Gmail.
After disconnecting:
- Gmail will no longer be available for sending emails.
- Automated follow-up emails will be disabled until a Gmail account is reconnected.
- Users can reconnect the same or a different Gmail account using Google OAuth.
