Lead Assignment Notifications

When a new lead is assigned, Blazly automatically sends a notification to the mapped Slack channel.

Notifications help team members:

  • Receive instant lead assignment updates.
  • Track newly assigned leads.
  • Respond to customer inquiries more quickly.
  • Improve team coordination and workflow efficiency.
