The Team page allows users to manage workspace members by inviting teammates to collaborate on leads, inbox conversations, and sales pipeline activities. It provides an overview of workspace seat usage and displays all current team members along with their assigned roles.
Invite a Teammate
Users can invite additional members to join the workspace.
The invited teammates can:
- Access the shared workspace.
- Collaborate on leads and customer conversations.
- Work together on the sales pipeline.
- Manage leads based on their assigned permissions.
Workspace Seats
The Team page displays the current workspace seat usage.
It shows:
- Total seats available.
- Number of seats currently in use.
- Owner seat information.
If all seats are occupied, users will see a notification indicating that no additional members can be added until more seats are purchased.
Add a Team Seat
When all available seats are in use, users can purchase additional workspace seats.
The page displays:
- Cost per additional seat.
- Option to add more seats to the workspace.
Additional seats allow more teammates to be invited and collaborate within the same workspace.
Members
The Members section lists all users who are part of the workspace.
For each member, the following information is displayed:
- Profile avatar.
- Member name.
- Email address.
- Assigned role.
Owner Role
The workspace owner is identified with the Owner label.
The owner has full access to:
- Workspace management.
- Team management.
- Billing and subscription settings.
- Inviting and managing team members.
- Account configuration.
