Dashboard:

Onboarding

Signup

  • Users can sign up using an email address and password.
  • Passwords must contain at least 8 characters, including:
  • One uppercase letter
  • One lowercase letter
  • One number
  • One special character
  • Users can also sign up using Google OAuth.

Login

  • Users who signed up with an email address can log in using either:
  • Their email address and password, or
  • Google OAuth with the same email address.
  • Users who signed up using Google OAuth can log in only through Google OAuth.
  • The standard email-and-password login method will not work for Google OAuth users, even if they use the same email address.

Dashboard

Dashboard:

The Dashboard section displays important metrics that summarize the current performance of the Lead Engine.

It includes:

New Leads

Displays the total number of new leads generated during the selected date range.

Conversations

Shows the total number of customer conversations initiated through the platform.

Messages

Displays the total number of messages exchanged between users and chatbots.

Average Lead Score

Shows the average lead score calculated based on predefined lead scoring rules.

A higher score indicates higher-quality leads.

Qualified Leads

Displays the number of leads that meet the qualification criteria and are ready for sales follow-up.

Unique Visitors

Shows the total number of unique visitors who interacted with the website during the selected period.

Chatbots

Displays the total number of chatbots currently configured within the workspace.

Knowledge Sources

Shows the number of knowledge sources connected to the chatbot, such as uploaded documents, websites, or FAQs.

Date Range Filter

Users can customize the reporting period using the date filter.

The dashboard allows users to:

  • Select predefined date ranges (e.g., Last 30 Days)
  • Choose custom start and end dates
  • Refresh the dashboard data

All dashboard metrics and reports are updated based on the selected date range.

Activity Trend

The Activity Trend section displays a graphical representation of messaging activity over the selected time period.

It helps users:

  • Monitor daily message volume
  • Identify activity trends
  • Analyze customer engagement over time

The graph updates automatically based on the selected date range.

Lead Score Mix

The Lead Score Mix section categorizes leads according to their lead scores.

Typical categories include:

  • Hot (70+) – High-priority leads that are most likely to convert.
  • Warm (40–69) – Moderately engaged leads requiring further nurturing.
  • Cold (Below 40) – Low-engagement leads that may need additional marketing efforts.

This section helps users prioritize follow-up activities based on lead quality.

Pipeline Breakdown

The Pipeline Breakdown section displays the distribution of leads across different stages of the sales pipeline.

It helps users:

  • Monitor lead progression
  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales process
  • Track the number of leads at each pipeline stage

If no leads are available during the selected period, the section displays No data in this period.

Lead Score Mix

The Lead Score Mix categorizes leads based on their calculated lead scores.

The dashboard classifies leads into the following categories:

  • Hot (70+) – High-quality leads with a strong likelihood of conversion.
  • Warm (40–69) – Moderately engaged leads that may require further nurturing.
  • Cold (0–39) – Low-engagement leads that need additional follow-up or marketing efforts.

This section helps sales teams prioritize leads based on their conversion potential.

Pipeline Breakdown

The Pipeline Breakdown displays the number of leads in each stage of the sales pipeline.

It helps users:

  • Monitor lead progression through the sales process.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the pipeline.
  • Track the distribution of leads across different stages.

If no leads are available during the selected date range, the dashboard displays "No data in this period."

Top Chatbots

The Top Chatbots section displays the chatbots with the highest message volume during the selected reporting period.

This section helps users:

  • Measure chatbot performance.
  • Compare chatbot engagement.
  • Identify the most active chatbot.

If no chatbot activity is recorded, the dashboard displays "No data in this period."

Leads with Email Captured

Displays the total number of leads for which an email address has been successfully collected.

This metric helps users monitor the effectiveness of lead capture forms and chatbot interactions.

Leads Assigned to Team

Displays the number of leads that have been assigned to team members for follow-up.

This allows managers to monitor lead distribution and ensure timely sales engagement.

All-Time Leads in Workspace

Displays the cumulative number of leads generated within the workspace since its creation.

This metric provides an overall view of lead generation performance, regardless of the selected date range.
