The Calendar page provides a centralized scheduling interface for managing all planned and published social media content. It allows users to view, organize, schedule, and track posts across connected social media platforms through a calendar-based workflow.

All scheduling activities follow the timezone configured in the user's profile settings.

Calendar View

The main calendar displays content schedules in a monthly format, providing a visual overview of publishing activity.

Users can:

  • View scheduled content by date.
  • Track published posts.
  • Monitor autopilot-generated content.
  • Identify failed publishing attempts.
  • Navigate between months.

The calendar serves as the central planning workspace for social media content management.

Timezone Support

The calendar displays the active profile timezone used for all scheduling operations.

Purpose:

  • Ensures scheduling consistency.
  • Prevents timezone-related publishing errors.
  • Displays all scheduled events in the user's configured timezone.

All post publication times are calculated using this timezone setting.

Status Indicators

The calendar includes color-coded indicators that represent the status of scheduled content.

Scheduled

Indicates posts that are planned for future publication.

Purpose:

  • Tracks upcoming content.
  • Displays pending publishing activities.
  • Helps manage content pipelines.

Published

Indicates posts that have been successfully published.

Purpose:

  • Confirms successful publication.
  • Provides publishing history.
  • Tracks completed content schedules.

Autopilot

Represents content generated and scheduled through the Social Autopilot feature.

Purpose:

  • Identifies AI-planned content.
  • Distinguishes automated campaigns from manual schedules.
  • Tracks automated publishing activity.

Failed

Indicates posts that could not be published successfully.

Purpose:

  • Highlights publishing issues.
  • Identifies content requiring attention.
  • Assists with troubleshooting failed posts.

Month Navigation

The calendar includes navigation controls for browsing scheduling history and future publishing plans.

Previous Month

Moves the calendar view to the previous month.

Next Month

Moves the calendar view to the next month.

Today

Returns the calendar to the current date and current month view.

These controls enable quick access to historical and future content schedules.

Date Selection

Each calendar day functions as an interactive scheduling slot.

Selecting a date allows users to:

  • Create new scheduled posts.
  • View existing scheduled content.
  • Access post details.
  • Manage publishing schedules.

The selected date becomes the active scheduling workspace for content creation and management.

Event Management

Calendar entries represent individual social media posts or publishing activities.

Each event can be:

  • Viewed.
  • Edited.
  • Rescheduled.
  • Deleted.

This allows users to manage publishing plans directly from the calendar interface.

Upcoming Scheduled Posts

The Upcoming Scheduled Posts panel provides a consolidated list of future content that has been scheduled for publication.

For each scheduled post, the system can display:

  • Scheduled publication date.
  • Scheduled publication time.
  • Associated platform.
  • Content details.

Purpose:

  • Provides quick visibility into upcoming content.
  • Helps review publishing pipelines.
  • Enables monitoring of future posting activity without navigating through the calendar.

Content Planning Hub

The Calendar page acts as the central scheduling and publishing management system for Blazly Social.

It enables users to:

  • Plan future content.
  • Monitor publishing activity.
  • Track automated campaigns.
  • Review publishing history.
  • Manage scheduled posts from a single interface.

This creates a unified content scheduling workflow across all connected social media platforms.

Profile

Profile

The Profile page allows users to manage their account information, website settings, personal branding, and additional websites used for AI-powered content generation. It serves as the central location for configuring profile details that influence content creation, scheduling, and personalization across Blazly Social.

Website & Timezone

The Website & Timezone section allows users to configure the primary website and scheduling timezone used by Blazly Social.

It displays:

  • Primary website URL.
  • Selected timezone.
  • AI-generated website summary.
  • Option to view and edit the extracted website content.

The selected website is used as the primary source for AI-powered content generation.

Update Website

Users can click Update to modify the primary website information.

Updating the website refreshes the content analyzed by AI for future post generation.

View & Edit Site Content

Users can select View & Edit Full Site Text to review and modify the website content extracted during analysis.

Editing the extracted content allows users to:

  • Remove irrelevant information.
  • Improve AI understanding of the business.
  • Ensure generated content reflects the latest website information.

More Websites

The More Websites section allows users to add multiple websites that can be used for AI content generation.

Users can:

  • Add up to 49 additional websites.
  • Configure a separate URL and timezone for each website.
  • Analyze each website to extract brand content.

The primary website and additional websites together support a maximum of 50 websites.

Add Website

Users can click the + button to add another website.

Each website can be independently analyzed and selected while creating AI-generated social media content.

Personal Branding

The Personal Branding section allows users to create reusable branding notes that define how AI should write content.

These notes help AI understand:

  • Personal background.
  • Brand story.
  • Target audience.
  • Writing style.
  • Preferred tone of voice.
  • Communication approach.

Users can create up to 30 personal branding notes, with each note supporting up to 16,000 characters.

Personal Branding Note

Each branding note includes:

  • Note title.
  • Brand story.
  • Personal voice.
  • Audience information.
  • Messaging preferences.

These notes can be selected while using Create Post and Social Autopilot to generate personalized content.

Timezone

Each branding profile includes a timezone selection.

The selected timezone is used for:

  • Content scheduling.
  • Publishing calendars.
  • Date and time calculations.

Save Note

After editing the branding information, users can click Save Note to store the changes.

The saved branding profile becomes available throughout the application.

Account

The Account section contains the user's personal account information.

It includes:

  • Display Name.
  • Email Address.
  • Bio.

Users can update editable fields and save the changes.

Display Name

Users can edit their display name.

The display name is used throughout the application and may appear as the author name for generated content.

Email Address

The Email field displays the registered account email.

The email address:

  • Is managed through the authentication provider.
  • Cannot be modified from the Profile page.
  • Is displayed for reference only.

Bio

Users can enter a short biography describing themselves or their organization.

The bio may be used to:

  • Personalize AI-generated content.
  • Provide context for branding.
  • Improve content recommendations.

Save Account Changes

After updating account information, users can click Save Account Changes to apply the changes.

The updated profile information is immediately available across Blazly Social.
