The Business Settings module allows users to manage their active business profiles, update business information, and add additional business locations if they have available subscriptions. Any updates made to the business profile automatically trigger a new SEO analysis to ensure reports and recommendations remain accurate.
Add Business
The Add Business button allows users to create and manage additional business profiles.
Additional businesses can only be added if the user has purchased additional business subscriptions.
Active Business
Displays the currently active business profile connected to the account.
Business information is automatically synchronized from Google Maps and Google Business Profile.
The section displays:
- Business Name
- Website URL
- Business Category
- Primary Location
- Phone Number
- Business Address
Business Information
The platform stores and manages the following business details:
Business Name
Displays the official name of the business.
Website
Displays the website associated with the business profile.
Category
Displays the primary business category selected for the business.
Location
Displays the primary business location used for Local SEO analysis.
Phone
Displays the business contact number
Address
Displays the complete business address associated with the profile.
Edit Details
The Edit Details section allows users to update their business information.
The following fields can be modified:
- Business Name
- Google Maps Link
- Business Category
- Primary Location
- Website URL
- Phone Number
- Address
Google Maps Link
Users can provide either:
- Google Maps Business URL, or
- Google Place ID.
The system uses this information to retrieve and synchronize business data.
Website URL
The website URL field is optional but recommended for a more comprehensive Local SEO analysis.
Save Changes
The Save Changes button updates the business profile information.
After saving:
- The business information is updated.
- The platform automatically re-runs SEO analysis.
- Dashboard metrics and recommendations are refreshed based on the new business details.
Business Replacement and Removal
If users need to replace an existing business profile or remove a business from their account, they can contact the support team for assistance.
