The Lead Scoring module allows you to automatically assign scores to leads based on their engagement and behavior during chatbot conversations. Scores help identify high-intent visitors and prioritize follow-ups.
Save Rules
The Save Rules button applies and stores all lead scoring configurations.
Base Score & Interest Levels
Base Score (0–100)
The starting score assigned to every new lead before additional rules are applied.
Example:
Base score: 10
Medium Interest From
Defines the minimum score required for a lead to be classified as Medium Interest.
Example:
40
High Interest From
Defines the minimum score required for a lead to be classified as High Interest.
Example:
70
Lead Categories
Cold Leads
0 – 39
Low engagement and low purchase intent
Medium Interest Leads
40 – 69
Moderate engagement and potential buying interest.
High Interest Leads
70 – 100
Highly engaged prospects with strong conversion potential.
Scoring Rules
Rules add points on top of the base score.

Enable or Disable Rules
Each rule includes an Enabled checkbox
When enabled:
- Rule contributes to scoring.
When disabled:
- Rule is ignored.
Delete Rule
Each rule includes a delete icon that allows administrators to remove unwanted scoring rules.
