The Knowledge Base allows users to store reference information that can be used by Blazly GEO when generating AI-powered content. Users can save important business information such as brand guidelines, product details, FAQs, company information, and messaging to ensure generated content remains accurate, consistent, and aligned with their brand.
A maximum of 5 knowledge bases can be created per workspace.
Add Knowledge Base
The Add Knowledge Base section allows users to create a new knowledge base by providing a title and reference content.
Title
Enter a descriptive title for the knowledge base.
Examples include:
- Brand Voice Guide
- Product FAQ
- Company Overview
- Service Information
- Content Guidelines
The title helps identify the purpose of the knowledge base.
Content
Enter the reference information that the AI should use when generating content.
The content may include:
- Brand guidelines
- Product or service information
- Company overview
- Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
- Tone of voice
- Key messaging
- Writing style
- Target audience
- Any other reference material
The maximum content length is 50,000 characters.
Save Knowledge Base
After entering the required information, click Save Knowledge Base to store the reference document.
Once saved, the knowledge base becomes available for use across supported Blazly GEO features.
Knowledge Base Usage
The saved knowledge bases are used to improve the quality and consistency of AI-generated content.
They can be referenced when generating:
- Blog articles
- Landing pages
- GEO-optimized content
- Product descriptions
- Marketing copy
- Website content
- AI-generated responses
Using a knowledge base helps ensure that generated content reflects your brand's voice, messaging, and business information.
Knowledge Base Limit
Each workspace supports up to 5 knowledge bases.
The dashboard displays:
- Number of knowledge bases currently in use.
- Remaining available slots.
For example:
- 0 / 5 Used – No knowledge bases have been created.
- 5 Slots Left – Five additional knowledge bases can be added.
Your Knowledge Bases
The Your Knowledge Bases section displays all saved knowledge bases within the workspace.
From this section, users can:
- View existing knowledge bases.
- Edit previously saved content.
- Update business information.
- Delete knowledge bases that are no longer required.
