Integration Overview

The Integrations dashboard provides a centralized location to connect supported platforms.

Users can integrate:

  • WordPress
  • Webflow
  • HubSpot
  • LeadConnector (Webhook)
  • Custom CMS / Automation Webhooks
  • Google Search Console (GSC)
  • Google Analytics (GA4)

Integration Limit

The dashboard displays the current CMS integration usage based on the user's subscription plan.

It shows:

  • Number of CMS integrations currently connected.
  • Maximum CMS integrations allowed by the plan.

WordPress Integration

Users can connect a WordPress website for automated blog and landing page publishing.

Required fields include:

  • Registered Email
  • Application Password
  • Website URL

After entering the required information, users can click Save Integration to connect their WordPress website.

Webflow Integration

Users can connect their Webflow account to publish AI-generated blogs directly to Webflow CMS.

Features include:

  • Secure Webflow authentication.
  • Automatic CMS connection.
  • Direct publishing from Blazly.

Users can click Continue with Webflow to begin the connection process.

HubSpot Integration

Users can connect HubSpot CMS for automated publishing.

Features include:

  • Secure HubSpot authentication.
  • Direct blog publishing.
  • Landing page publishing.
  • CMS synchronization.

Users can click Continue with HubSpot to authorize the integration.

LeadConnector (Webhook)

LeadConnector integration allows users to publish generated content through inbound webhooks.

Users can:

  • Enter the LeadConnector Inbound Webhook URL.
  • Save the webhook URL.
  • Test the webhook connection.
  • Update webhook settings whenever required.

An optional Blazly Bridge URL is also available for advanced webhook routing.

Custom CMS / Automation Webhook

Users can connect any external CMS or automation platform using webhooks.

Supported automation platforms include:

  • Zapier
  • Make
  • n8n
  • Custom webhook-enabled systems

Features include:

  • Unique Blazly Webhook URL.
  • Copy Webhook URL.
  • Test Webhook functionality.
  • Save external automation webhook URL.
  • Forward generated blog and landing page data to external systems.

Google Search Console Integration

Users can connect their Google Search Console account.

After connecting, the dashboard displays:

  • Connection status.
  • Connected Google account.
  • Connected website properties.
  • Property type.

Users can:

  • Sync Search Performance Data.
  • Disconnect the integration.
  • Manage connected properties.

Sync Search Performance Data

The Sync Search Performance Data button imports the latest Search Console data into Blazly.

Imported data is used across GEO analysis features, including:

  • GEO Health Score.
  • AI Growth Strategist.
  • Reports.
  • Search performance analytics.

Google Analytics Integration

Users can connect one or more Google Analytics 4 (GA4) properties.

The dashboard displays:

  • Connected account.
  • Connected properties.
  • Property ID.
  • Account name.

Users can:

  • Add additional GA4 properties.
  • Disconnect the integration.
  • Manage multiple analytics properties.

Connected Properties

For both Google Search Console and Google Analytics, the Connected Properties section displays:

  • Website or Property Name.
  • Property ID (where applicable).
  • Property Type.
  • Associated Google account.

This allows users to verify which properties are currently linked.

Your Integrations

The Your Integrations section provides an overview of all connected CMS platforms.

It displays:

  • Connected CMS providers.
  • Current integration status.
  • Available publishing destinations.

If no CMS has been connected, the page prompts users to add a supported integration.

Integration Actions

Depending on the integration type, users can perform actions such as:

  • Save Integration.
  • Continue with OAuth authentication.
  • Save Webhook URL.
  • Test Webhook.
  • Copy Webhook URL.
  • Sync Search Performance Data.
  • Add Another Property.
  • Disconnect Integration.

It provides a structured checklist of backlink opportunities, allowing users to monitor completed submissions and identify remaining platforms to improve their GEO authority and AI search visibility.

The page displays overall backlink acquisition progress across all supported platforms.

It provides:

  • Total backlink opportunities.
  • Completed backlink submissions.
  • Remaining backlink opportunities.
  • Overall completion percentage.
  • Visual progress bar.

Overall Progress

The Overall Progress section summarizes the user's backlink-building status.

Metrics include:

  • Total backlink opportunities.
  • Number of completed submissions.
  • Number of remaining submissions.
  • Completion percentage.
  • Visual progress indicator.

This allows users to quickly understand how much of their backlink campaign has been completed.

Backlink Categories

Backlink opportunities are grouped into categorized collections.

Each category displays:

  • Category name.
  • Platform range.
  • Number of completed platforms.
  • Category completion percentage.
  • Expand/Collapse option.

Example:

  • Launch Communities (1–7)

Category Progress

Each backlink category includes its own progress tracker.

Displayed information includes:

  • Completed platforms.
  • Total platforms.
  • Percentage completed.
  • Circular progress indicator.

This enables users to monitor progress within individual backlink categories.

Platform Checklist

Each category contains a checklist of curated backlink websites.

Each platform displays:

  • Platform name.
  • Website URL.
  • Completion checkbox.
  • Submission status.

Completion Status

Each platform can exist in one of two states:

Pending

Indicates the backlink has not yet been completed.

Features:

  • Empty checkbox.
  • Standard card appearance.
  • Available for future submission.

Completed

Indicates the backlink opportunity has already been completed.

Features:

  • Checked completion icon.
  • Highlighted completed card.
  • Done status badge.

Completed items remain visible for progress tracking.

Supported Backlink Platforms

The Launch Communities category includes curated platforms such as:

Email Address

  • Cannot be edited from the Profile page.

Verification Status

Displays the current email verification status.

Possible status:

  • Email Verified

Verified accounts display a confirmation indicator showing that the registered email has been successfully verified.

Client Information

The Client Information section allows users to configure branding used across reports and exported documents.

Brand Name

Users can specify the organization or client name.

Purpose:

Primary Color

Users can define the primary branding color.

  • Color picker.

Account Notice
